30 day shred exercise log

How should I list my 30 day shred workout as in my exercise log? Is it cardio...circuit training...?

    I decided to enter it as Circuit training, because it is a mix of Strength, Cardio & Abs and there is no resting in between. The description from the DVD mentions that it is three 20 minute circuit training workouts.

    I was reading one of the other websites and people mentioned that they entered it as Circuit training as well.

    I list it as "aerobics - general" because I never know. Someone put up their calorie count from doing it and it seemed about right (~200+/-), which is what I'm most worried about so I decided not to fuss over the exact type of exercise.
