  • well your pic looks great, so I assume you are looking to get really really lean. You might look up weight lifting methods for "cutting" weight and incorporate that into your P90x routine. As long as you have been following the meal plan, that's about the only thing you can do. There is a difference between walking around…
  • Are you modifying the moves at all, or not working to the point of muscle fatigue during each routine? If you're not getting that muscle fatigue that the moves are supposed to create, then you're not going to achieve the results as planned. It's not uncommon for some people to have to go through multiple rounds of the…
  • mkcalvert - I bought a protein shake from my local GNC. Beachbody's is pricey. You can get protein shakes elsewhere. My sister gets hers at Walmart. Just make sure it's whey protein it has less fat and carbs. Thanks for the advice. I think I'm going to try to just eat at my comfort level but still make sure it's high in…
  • Ugh...I hate my lower stomache! I've never had c-sections, but I've had four kids who have given me some nasty battle scars. I have a "fat sac" as someone dubbed it (LOL) and some grand canyon sized stretch marks that go up to my belly button. It's nasty!!! I am petite and on the low side of a normal BMI but still have…

What a great total body workout!!! I have to admit I was a little scared at first, LOL. But I love it!!! My husband is doing it along with me so that we can…

  • Just wanted you to know that I bought a HR/CAL monitor yesterday and used it while doing she Shred workout this morning and it was pretty close to 200. Actually, and unfortunately it was a little less, but what you burn all depends on your weight and effort put into it so maybe you are burning more. I am petite so I knew I…
  • I have the same question so hopefully someone can help. I searched all over online and found a few different things saying that people burnt 200-260 calories doing the shred. I'm not sure what level that is. But I just put it as 200 calories under my exercise program. I certainly feel like I'm burning more than that though.
  • I just joined myfitnesspal on Sat. in order to help me keep track of my calories and protein while working out. I'm currently doing the last phase of 30 Day Shred and will be starting P90X for the first time on March 6th. My sister told be about this site as a good tool for watching my diet while doing P90X so that…
