i've been using my belt as a gauge...i currently use the 5th buckle...which is still the same as it was when i was at 160. Then again, i don't weigh myself at the same time everyday or with the same clothes. Most of the time when i weigh myself, it's after i drink a lot of water or after i eat. I have the weightwatcher's…

i use a lot of chinese seasonings and sauces...but don't know the calories for it, since the labels are in chinese and i don't read chinese well.

i eat healthily though...i eat a lot of vegetables and fruit, and meat as well. I stay away from junk food like chips, candy, etc,......My clothes aren't tight....they're about the same.

its hard to keep track of my food calories...i make my own food, but i dont follow recipes, i guesstimate.

i started at 160, but now i'm around 170.

i'm still eating the same amount as i usually do. I get pretty sore after a workout too. It's just really discouraging.

i do eat healthy, and work out at least 5 hours a week, half of which i'm starting to do more weight training on. I'd like to tone my muscles and lose weight/fat. That is my ultimate goal. I'm not fond of weight training because it;s hard and i feel so weak when i do it, but i know it'll be worth it. I think i need a lot…
