I weigh myself everyday. I do not record when it goes down not when it goes up. If it is .1 you better dang well believe I am recording that! Besides why does it matter to you? Just curious....

Sadly for many with PCOS cico is not true. It is the combination of foods in addition to cico. cant lump all intoone box and make it fit.

Thats not why everyone takes selfies though. I take them because I lead an accountability group on facebook and we do post workout selfies to show we worked out. FO the ones in the group its very helpful, though it doesnt take tenminutes because I have no hope of looking cute, just a sweaty hot mess! lol!!!

Thank you for this. I have a problem with indulge rather frequently. I do "stick to the plan" more often than not so my progress is turtle slow at times, but I am still making progress. It just goes to show how at our highest weights we really were eating way more than we think....
