Yes. You body will retain water if it is not properly hydrated. :) Your welcome :)

LOL Then you totally know what I am going through with the hubby ! I keep telling him to get up and go with me!

Are you logging exercise> Because it will adjust daily for the exercise you log. If not and you are losing MFP steps you down about 100 calories (I might be off here a bit) each time you lose around 10 pounds. :) Hope this helps

One day at a time, one meal at a time, one choice ata time. :) Losing weight is 80% what you eat and 20% exercise for the most part. :)

Thanks so much!

Thank you so much! You can totally do it too! :) Just remember that you are worth treating your body with respect and that means taking care of it! :)

Lots and lots of walking, for the past 4 months been doing lots of strength training and more walking. I eat lots of fresh and frozen veggies, chicken fish and turkey. I love mostly all foods so I try to mix it up when I can but have found its easier to eat thesame types of foods (and more affordable as well).

I honestly love seeing the up and down it fascinates me! But I can remember a time when I would go to the doc and literall face the opposite direction and asked them not to tell me how much I weighed! Talk about denial, its no wonder i got up to 414 at my highest recorded weight. I am now at 300.4 and I love weighing.…

I plan meals ahead of time, try to get in exercise every chance I get. I also take lots of pics and measurements in order to keep motivated when the scale is being a jerk. :) You have to find our why and make sure you are doing it for you! NO ONE ELSE. Most of all remember that you are worth it!

I am not sure that you can learn more from one or the other. But as a person who was 412 lbs to start and have lost 108 pounds, I can tell you I talk to everyone!!! I have followed some known people who have "always been healthy" and others who were like me and then got healthy. I find it easier to relate to the ones who…

If you are physically unable to do some walking, you may try swimming or the elliptical. Its far easier on the knees. In my opinion. MFP sets you up with a certain percentage in the macros you were asking about. But honestly if your just beginning my advice is worry about calories first then once you get in the hang of…
