Im using my fitness pal again after a previous success but gained weight while pregnant and after giving birth. I am looking for friends who are positive, helpful and motivational. I want to hear your little achievements and big and share mine too!

I previously was succesful with my fitness pal (before i got pregnant) and i always ate 100-200 of my extra calories. On average i was burning 600 daily and i lost 30lbs in about 4-5 months. Hope this helps, good luck

I have both Zumba games on the Xbox kinect and I must say Zumba Rush is far better, better songs, more sweat and I have found I dont actually want to stop dancing! I stick to MFP and have done for just over a year now and it works for me. If I burn loads one day I obviously eat more than the 1200. I have lost weight at a nice steady pace ^^

I tried it once before and got to day 20 I think...silly time to give up really but it was just so hard lol. Recently broke my foot but have my check up to get the all clear on Friday and was going to try start it again on Saturday! Fingers crossed I can stay motivated!

I will do this, I need to improve my upper body strength so I'll focus on that for a while. I remember hearing that boxing whilst sitting upright can get the heart rate going so i'll give that a go. Thank you for the advice ^^

When I first started I felt similar, as if my body was oozing all the crap inside my body and getting rid of it. Some sort of tomato, cucumber, onion salsa ^^ low in cals and good for snacks

Punches or boxing if you like can get your heart rate going and you can do it sitting down, its good for people with leg injuries etc...with gentle exercising and healthy eating you could loose enough that the pain lightens up and you can work out harder. Not sure if that helps but wish you the best ^^

I always felt like that until I did Zumba, the latin moves make you feel sexy...maybe some sort of dance classes might help? I think for me it was more of a confidence thing and thats why the dancing helped

You could focus this week on strength, take some weights (if you can) and just do some reps whenever the work load calms down?

I started doing couch to 5k and I find it amazing how although ive been doing Zumba and stationary bike riding intensely since February I still wasn't using so many muscles in my legs. I have only just started but can already feel a difference in my legs right up to my stomach...I have high hopes for it!

Friends annual fancy dress party, I was new to the group...got chatting to my now boyfriend about music and drums (he is a drummer) and it took off from there. Four years later and still strong :) Oh did I mention he was wearing a corset and knee high latex boots! lmao

Could be the butter and sugar, I try to avoid butter completely because I was shocked to see how bad it is, even the lighter and unsalted ones.
