I use to stock pile their uncured applewood smoked bacon items. Recently realized that Safeway carries them as well and is closer in distance so i now get it there.

Some weekends I over indulge in pork rinds (whole 8oz barrel sometimes) so Monday i can expect up to 10lb gain of water retention. Typically flushes out by midweek though. Otherwise its pretty steady when i do my wake up daily weigh in.

yeah i have only one every month or so buts its a nice substitute than getting a frappi directly at starbucks and much more cheaper.

Normally get "bloat" just after the weekend due to indulging in my pork rinds at night. Usually gain 2-5lbs on Monday but its only water retention so its usually flushed by mid week.

^^ Your very welcome.

I use their brewed unsweetened concentrate for homemade frappi's which is very convenient vs having to make your own. Also if i am in a special treat mode i add a pinch Bob's Red Mill Gum Xanthan which sticks the ingredients together so they don't separate after blended. Also a excellent thickener..
