venti size coffee frappi' w/ whipped cream and cinnamon on top. Mostly make my own lame frappi version at home now since you can now now buy their own brewed sweetened and unsweetened concentrate.

For me caffeine is up there with eggs as a staple and i don't feel it has impeded my progress. That said i do measure my HWC and Davinci SF add on's in addition to splash of home made whipped cream that i treat myself sometimes on weekends.

Only took face comparisons yesterday for another forum but here you go. --- 2012 - Not sure on weight as the then-scale was limited to 400lbs which i would get the good ole Error message. So i go with 400+ Day 1 (08/27/2013) - Got a 440lb limit scale and my Day 1 weight was 432lbs. 03.03.15 and 03.04.15 @ 182lbs

I follow the DANDR book and currently at the end of OWL and about to enter maintenance.

Regardless if you have 15lbs or 150lbs to lose its all mental cause you gotta want it. I will admit that i am little nervous about maintenance but i just take it one day at a time.

yeah it sounds like water retention as mentioned. Couple weeks ago i gained 20+lbs over the weekend with very high sodium snacks. Lost the excess and a couple more over a 1 week period.

Recently discovered Utz Pork Rinds barrels at local Sams Club and love them. Initially i was only gonna use them to crush and batter my protein but ended up chowing down not 1 but 2 18oz barrels in a weekend. Gained 20+lbs. yep weight loss regardless of what plan followed is never linear and you gotta think life style, overall trend line and its going to be looooong term. I had ups and downs but i stuck to it and have lost 250lbs in 18 months.
