I did BodyAttack and a lot of running and skipping when I was around 115kg! I could manage it fine, and it certainly helped get a lot of weight off! Go for it! Find something you enjoy, and stick with it :)

I was a D cup at 135kg I'm now a B cup, if that, at 88kg. Needless to say when I get to 59kg, I will definitely be getting breast implants along with my tummy tuck! Nothing big, just simple small Bs or Cs!!

I'm 25, female from Australia. I started my journey at 135kg and am currently 88kg :) So slowly making progress. I don't log everyday, but I'm going to try to! Currently trying to deal with a few personal/mental issues about food.
