Thank you for your support and input. I just wanted to make sure that It wouldn't be bad to just eat when i'm hungry...I didn't want to "starve" my body of what it needs...because I've heard that doing so can actually make you gain weight. So. Didn't want any of that. :)

Honestly, i'd say not to worry about what's being said... It seems like...quite a few people kind of get on a high horse...and get snippy. They must be REALLY serious about their dieting views... No, i'm not starving. Like I said previously, I felt completely satisfied with very little hunger, on 626 cals. I am only referring to it as "STARVING" because I was wondering if i'm starving my body of what it needs.

I did notice, however, that when I had only had 626 calories, I wasn't hungry once during the day...I did a little bit, but that was because I skipped out on my 24 Almonds snack before dinner... xD That's another reason why I was worried, because I was so comfortable eating so calories!

I'm not REALLY sure how much of an impact it is. But you have to keep this in mind. It's only 15. At least it's not 20. ;) I'm still trying to learn to ropes so that I have no red marks what-so-ever. Well, i'm going about this all cold turkey so...I more than feel your pain...haha. As much as it pains to say this, drinking lots of water should help a good bit.
