Problem is I don't eat healthy though and to be honest, don't really plan to. That's why I calorie count.

Ah, what I meant was I feel I could only.lose 7lb before my holiday (which is in about 6 weeks) I have a bit over 14lb to lose. Exercise wise I try to get in 10,000 steps each day.

Thanks everyone. Today is a new day so I'm going to stay within calories. I am only in my first week and only set myself a pound to lose each week.

Thanks for replying. How do I tell if my food is transferring? Just haven't used my fitbit in a few years so getting my head around it again, I use a flex.

I've not been diagnosed but I think I also suffer from depression! I know it's either eat way too much, or too little. I mean what I could do is instead 500 cal this day and 500 cal that day and tdee the rest of the week, Have one day where I eat 1000 cal and then eat my tdee the rest of the week. It would be easier and hopefully still work. If not then my tdee every day like I did with MFP, and I'm still using MFP just not eating tdee…

Yeah, I was confused. Now I get it. 700 calories for example would be enough to maintain a low body weight, any more would be a surplus resulting in a gain.

Quite sure 135lb for 5 ft 7 isn't in the normal range.....more like underweight. I mean I'm 5'4 and I'm 131lb and I'm quite thin.....

No, I made it to friends only. I've been on the forums here and I know my diet is bad and I'm ashamed and did not know that my diary was still public. It wasn't anything personal. I just know there are some people on here who will call me out on the bad stuff I eat.
