I was told to eat 1615 as tdee.....same results as 1200 :( I've been looking into intermittent fasting for a while, thank you, might have to try it.

I must add when I was eating 1615 and not eating back exercise cal, I was getting basically the same weightloss- a lb a month.

Had a binge yesterday. No clue on the calories because I just ate. I went to bed feeling quite bloated and like I wanted to throw up.

And I'm a 5'4 girl (163cm), 132lb (9stone6) and I am eating 1200 calories right now. Just to make this weightloss go faster. For a guy, 1200 is too low, I also assume you are taller than I, seeing as most males are at least 5'5.

Habit, determination to get to my target weight, the belief I am not thin enough. However I'm being quite ironic because right now I'm binging. So tomorrow I will get back on track.

I once had cinnamon sambuca. It was just really sickening. That was the time I got insanely drunk. Last night I almost got to that point. I was pretty wasted. I don't recommend cinnamon sambuca. Apparently you can get raspberry and banana ones though.

Coconut is vile. I'll drink malibu with coke, like everyone does, but if they put more malibu in than coke it's just gross. It's gross anyway. I'll drink almost anything though if it's going to get me wasted (which I only do once a month). I feel for you.

We have this restaurant chain here in Eng. It's called ''Frankie and Benny's'' and it serves Italian and American food. The portions are huge and take me forever to eat. I am used to smaller portions.

I already did tell them I am eating healthily as from today. I thought it would be quite obvious from my diary from today that I am eating healthier from now on. I don't live in the past. I live for the future.

Because, I am a perfectionist and I have to eat pretty healthy in order to get my ideal body through HIIT and a healthy lifestyle. I don't have the calories left, nor do I have the fat left to eat fried food.

The reason I am on a health kick is because, I cannot eat unhealthy things AND get the body I want. Hence why I am eating healthier and then doing HIIT workouts.
