Instead of focusing on all these calories you could eat at this time, occupy yourself with something else. I used to be similar and eat a whole heap of calories before night, when I like to snack on most of my calories in bed. Eat low calorie but filling things such as banana's for breakfast, you could have a banana…

This lifestyle is still a bit of a chore sometimes. I mean, I wanted to go back to my old days and eat a huge bag of crisps all to myself tonight, which I'm going to do, but it means I have had to eat less food today as the whole bag is 799.50 kcal which MFP rounded off to 800kcal. So, just for that amount of food, I've…

I think most people here are missing the question. I think what OP means is, after having breakfast, lunch, dinner, how many do you have left to snack with.

I know it can be incredibly frustrating to be a short person, and have to be a small weight. I'm 5'4, while that may be average height it is also considered short.... At 5'1 you'd have to be an even thinner weight. As you have said, you know what works for your body, 1000 cal is enough for your body in your opinion, and…

It tends to be the boring healthy stuff like fruit. Hard boiled eggs are good. I don't really know, I personally don't eat very healthy lol.
-
I'd get someone on here to workout how many calories you should be eating a day, and just stick to that amount no matter what. If you are disabled, then not being able to move and just stuffing too much food in your gob won't help, but if you stick to a fair amount of calories suitable for your body, exercise doesn't…

Well, if you haven't gone way over your calories for several days, it would be waterweight. Even if there was starvation mode from not eating much, and you gained from that, it would still not be permanent weight gain. For now you should just give your body what it needs.
-
And also, please never starve yourself. Silly idea. Just forget about your binge, and maintain your weight, OP, I'm personally concerned for you. Binges, yeah happens to everyone, but wanting to starve yourself is another thing. I would literally just maintain your weight. You are thin enough.

123? For 5'8...I mean surely that is underweight, like way underweight. I'm 5'4 and that's in the healthy range for me..... When you're taller you can carry off quite easily a higher weight. I'd be maintaining if I were you. I mean I'm short and my goal is 126lb 9 stone..... I don't think I'd go any lower than 118lb which…

I'd take it with a pinch of salt really. I don't know how true it is. I just heard it or read it or something.
-
I always heard if you sleep on a full stomach you increase your chances of a heart attack.
-
Nope. 9/10 the gains are waterweight. Once I did log a gain, but then it was gone quite quickly and I was able to put it back to the previous weight I was. It's only a downer if you log a gain, leave it as it already is and only log when you have lost.

It's easier to say a stone than 14 pounds. Plus, we are smart and unique and we do things the right way. It's just what we are brought up with.

BOL, You're gonna need it. To go completely sugar free that would also mean avoiding fructose. So it's basically gonna be impossible.
-
bump.
-
Also, last time I checked I was 138lb.
-
Mine is 126lb (9 stone) at least. Lowest I'll go would be about 119lb (8.5 stone) I reckon.
-
It would be water. Also, men don't ever have a problem with waterweight. They don't have that time of the month. And all through the months are bodies are fluctuating.
-
I think most people categorise a binge as when they just eat a huge amount of whatever they want, and go way over calories.
-
Honestly, I'd see a doctor. What your describing does not sound like a healthy approach to weightloss. The deprivation and then the binging....it sounds like the start of an eating disorder. I'm no doctor, so take what I'm saying with a pinch of salt, but defo go see one.

Christmas and boxing day, I ate heaps of *kitten* without logging. But 27th I'm back on it logging

Good on you.

I've been diagnosed with ocd for years. It could easily become an obsession if I weighed myself daily. I don't know. I am the type of person who gets down if I don't see a loss each month. I am 140lb 163cm/5'4. I still have some weight to lose.

I thought you meant something else.

Sure. Water is water.
-
Call me a failure, sure. It only helps the low self-esteem and confidence I have. There are more important things in this world than failing a rant.
-
We didn't know it was gonna be work.

I only diluted my rant as a lot of people on here would get pissy at me and call me a drama queen.
