  • I was going to write out a post, but PrettyPearl has basically outlined the key points you need to think about already. :-) Think about her advice and take it from there. If you have a large amount to lose (I do too) it can be a little daunting I find. I've not been on this site for that long, but I am finding that logging…
  • Thank you for all the replies guys. :) I don't think I'm too low for anything too bad to happen. I do occasionally add extra salt to potatoes and things, but in general I don't add salt to anything as I prefer black pepper for seasoning. Although I don't think I'm the best of eaters, I don't eat that much processed and…
  • Thank you for clarifying. :-) I didn't know that. Today I appear to be under again. According to MFP I have only consumed 809 sodium instead of the 2500 it thinks I need. As long as I'm not causing myself any problems I'm not going to worry about it too much. :-)

On a different note though, 1200 calories a day might not be enough for you dependent on…

  • I try to avoid it for the most part as I find it really hard to just have a small amount. Sometimes though I can break off a couple of pieces, but I have to put the rest away before I eat the pieces otherwise I'd end up eating the whole thing. I also have a similar issue with crisps...
  • Me! I'm in too! Like some others I'm really new here too. Only joined a couple days ago. Ready for a challenge!!! It's time to do this once and for all. Feel free to add me.
  • I'm going to try it. I'll have a look at those groups too, thanks guys. I've been reading a lot about it lately. I think I could fit it in to my lifestyle without too many issues. Looking forward to getting started. Anyone feel free to add me. :)
  • Hi, I'm really new on here and am looking for friends. :) I'm not a Dr, Who (or anything remotely sci-fi really) fan, but I do enjoy crafting. Mostly paper crafting and sewing but I love to try out and learn new things.
