Anyone doing the 5:2 diet

Just wondering if there is anyone doing the 5:2 fast diet and if they were interested in adding me. I am thinking about giving it a go next week just to mix it up a bit. Last year I lost almost 10kg using fitness pal and then life got in the way and I gained some back.
So yeah. if you're doing it I'd love you to add me so I can check out your food diaries. I would also love the extra support!

Check out the groups. There is a 5:2 group and some interim fasting. The biggest thing is making sure you don't over restrict on non fasting days. In the end, over a week's periods, calories in should be the same with 5:2 vs a daily deficit. It just depends whats best for your lifestyle. It means, it's not faster or better for weight loss.0
