Both? I usually average 3 glasses of water and about two cups of coffee a day.

Thanks everyone! I think I'll give it another shot. I've been walking a lot (~4 miles a day) with commuting to and from work on top of step based workouts, so I think it'll be easier this time around. I tried it last summer, but that was also 50 lbs ago. Here's hoping!

I'm having the same issue. I measure most things out, however I don't measure out smaller things like seasonings (but leave a few hundred calories uneaten every day to account for stuff like that). I've been doing the same workouts, so I'm wondering if changing that up will help me overcome my plateau...

Do you find that the One of the Zip is a little less accurate since it's in your pocket or on your bra instead of on your wrist? That's what worries me a little bit.

Hey there everyone! I'm 20 and I'd like to lose 100+ lbs. A huge undertaking, I know, but I think I'm finally in the right mindset and place to go for it. I could use some motivators and cheerleaders so add me if you'd like! :)
