How do you make yourself drink more water?
I, like I'm sure many of you, can not get myself to drink my 8 glasses of water a day. I've tried making it flavored and even buying new water bottles to keep it fun but nothing seems to stick. Any suggestions?

I have a question for all you savvy FitBit users. I just bought mine yesterday, and today was my first full day wearing it. I did a workout DVD (in addition to my normal walking for the day), and the FitBit integrated with MFP for a projected amount of calories burned...does that mean I don't need to log my exercise in MFP…

FitBit Flex...worth it?
Has anybody gotten the FitBit Flex? How do you feel about it? I'm thinking about purchasing one when I reach a milestone (I'm thinking 35 or 40lbs but we'll see) but I want to know whether it's worth the money. Any thoughts?!
