And the deer population wouldn't be out of control if we didnt hunt and kill wolves or encroach on their habitat. Humans created the problem of over population in deer by removing the predators. Also, I do not eat meat, dairy or eggs. I don't contribute anything towards animal suffering. That includes hunting.

When I was experiencing a lot of fatigue it turned out I was ultra low in vitamin D. Healthy levels are between 40- 100 and mine was 9. Go to the doctor because we won't be able to tell you what the problem is or if you're deficient in a certain vitamin or mineral.

Coconut milk is my favorite. It has that rich fatty taste that is equivalent to milk but without the torture. Rice, almond and soy milk are always too thin for my liking.

Are you going to stay on this diet forever? Temporary diets = temporary results. It's not rocket science. Consume less calories, eat better food and work out. You don't need some hack of a doctor (and yes, he is a hack if he is recommending this garbage) recommending a fad diet.

What exactly are you eating? I stay around 1,400 calories a day and I struggle to meet that goal. I know if I've had a minimal amount of protein for the day I'm more apt to binge so I keep high protein snacks around.

I'd say give it a shot for a month. Why not? Although that seems to be a poor business plan for the gym and I would not want to be a trainer there. I get helping someone out on occasion but the gym is just training its customers to take advantage of it and then the trainers lose out on some good revenue. :\
