I am on my second Mirena. They only last five years and I have one more year left on the one I have right now. I have had nothing but wonderful things with it. I hardly ever have a cycle and if I do it only lasts three days and is very light compared to what I had before the IUD. I would recommend it to anyone who wants…

I use a Polar H7 bluetooth chest strap HRM that syncs to the machines at my gym and uses an app on my smartphone to keep track of my calories burned during each exercise. I have been using it since January and love it.

IMO that is the best highway to travel. I just wish I had discovered that fact in my 20's and not waited until my mid 30's to experience it.

I couldn't agree more! I am not a size 2, more like a 42, but I have no ill will towards anyone smaller than me. If we all looked the same life would be very boring. Size doesn't make the person..... and I will not always be a size 42, but I highly doubt I will ever be a size 2 (although I can dream :).

That would be too old for me. I am not that old, but I have zero problems and actually welcome my guy being older than me.

I looked for personality, sense of humor and intelligence in a man. I always assumed it was the same for men. Looks come and go. I am big now, but I won't always be this way. One day I will be considered "normal" sized and I would like to think my man would still love me regardless.

Not all big girls have low self esteem.... although I will admit to liking older men and having closet lesbian tendencies.

I have to read this thread...... Being a big girl myself, I have wondered what makes a man drawn to big girls?

Someone who cares about their health (I don't care if they are average, chubby, skinny, etc but give a damn about what you are eating and how you are exercising). After health, personality, confidence and similar interests are pretty important as well as hygiene.

Yes, I do log them. I'm ashamed of them, but always log them.

I second this...

Feel free to add me if you want. :)

This is exactly why I hold onto them. I want to stay in a fat burning zone. I don't death grip them and I am seriously considering buying a HRM that will bluetooth to the treadmills at my gym just so I don't have to hold on to them.

I have always been huge but was mentally in denial about it. I was 430's for almost 10 years. One day in July I was scrubbing the grout of my tile floors on my hands and knees and my spine became inflamed. The inflammation pinched off my nerves that control my left leg and left arm. I was in piercing pain 24/7 regardless…

I worked out this morning and I don't care who saw me at the gym or what they thought of me being there sweating my *kitten* off. I'm doing this for me and not for anyone else (okay, my kids and spouse too, but no one else.)

I do have certain things I enjoy that aren't "standard". When the time comes to have that discussion in a relationship absolutely I am going to be completely open with what I like. If I am not open about what I like I am never going to get what I want. I expect my husband to be completely open with me also about things he…

They are very hard to find. I have only found one man like that from the beginning. The rest I got them to open up after showing them how open I was to new things.

I personally find any many who is really into their sexuality including male toys really hot. The more in touch you are with your sexuality and what turns you on the better partner you can be.

If I need to go, I'm not going to get out of the shower to do it. Being pregnant with twins royally screwed up my bladder. I pee all the time and I haven't been pregnant in almost 9 years.

Hi, I can totally relate to your post. I have always been the ones to eat everything that was in sight. When I started this journey to a better health on 9/1/13 I was 430 lbs, 5'7", 36 and couldn't hardly move. Now I am 403 lbs and in the gym five days a week and feeling amazing. I would love to have friends who are…

Thank you for your answers. If I drink half of my body weight I would need to drink 201 ounces a day. That is a lot of water and I don't know if I can drink that much, but clearly I am not drinking enough. Thanks!

You are a huge inspiration! I also have back injuries and left side paralysis. I know I can get healthy and lose the weight but reading your story just gave me a huge boost. Thank you very much for sharing.
