I use cups spoons and scale but I never thought about putting my plate one the scale and measure by weighing each item on the same plate thanks for the idea Jean

one thing that helps me is to have the water for the day measured out for the day poor it into a container and keep it handy and sip on it till it is gone

Congratulations You are right MFP can keep a person going a couple of days ago I realized how motivating it is to read the post from friend, and post on the message boards.

Hi I am at 1550 calories Can always use new friends if any one wants to add me as a friend need all the encouragement I can get started out doing great now I am bouncing back and forth with the same 5lb. but I am determined do do it this time

This sounds good I will have to try nutella what I do is 1/2 cup water 1/4 cup oats 1/4 cup blue berrys (or any other fresh frozen or caned) 1tabblespoon peanut butter with 1/4 cup plain (flavored yogurt is good too) fat free greek yogurt little sweetener if needed This morning I had apple cinnamon and pancake syrup
