  • Thats amazing...i started scottish slimmers few months back an thought losing 6lb was great...my leader also said its fine to lose that much weight in first week as long as you havent been under eating to much,but thats an amazing boost for ya..great going x x
  • I've often asked myself same..strangely enough I seem to have lost more if I havent exercised,but even if you do exercise before weigh in an it doesn't show today it will show next weigh in :-)

  • hey most ppl put circuit training,everyones different....iv stored level 1 as 190cal....level 2 as 240 an level 3 as 270 i think but it might be bit more or less...from wat iv looked up on the net its about that.....hope that helps:smile:
