Hi I'm top heavy too! I have an apple body shape, I was a anorexic then bulimic for 3 years, now that Im ACTUALLY eating, ive gained so much weight, I wanna lose weight again but this time healthily i would really need some friends whos gonna lose weight with me

hi, I'm not a crossfitter but I'm thinking of being one.. I mean I've tried crossfit and it was exhausting as hell, but the feeling is amazing but I stopped going and now my school offers crossfit and I'm thinking of joing the class, cause I seriously need to lose all these tummy fats and saggy skin
