also i used the ease into 5k app on my iphone because I am not that great at running for a full 30 minutes and this app will def prepare you for that.

I usually keep a really big water bottle by me at all times (32 oz). I used to not drink much water but lately I have been drinking 128 oz a day! It's working!!

I have never done P90X but I am almost done with my 1st round Insanity and I really like it! I was thinking about getting P90X but i live in an apt and don't have anywhere to hangup the pull up bar. I like Insanity because its only 60 days too :)

I use the Polar FT7 and I love it! I have had it for over a year now. It is very easy to use and tells you how much you burned, how long you were working out for, your heart rate, and a few other things. I don't workout without it!

i always drink vodka sodas. I try to limit it to 2 a night just because anymore than that for me and I start to become a mess. So not attractive! But try Vodka Sodas. They don't taste that great so maybe you won't want to drink as much :happy:

I do! I think that it makes the cramps go away too! As much as you don't want to workout because they are killing you they really do go away with physical activity.
