17 lb difference between the left picture (before) and the right (after) I'm just starting my journey and I have a long way to go. Still it's motivating to see some change.

Love your face in the before pic! I think we've all been there. Great loss! You look fantastic!

I have 115 lbs to lose to get to my goal weight. I could use encouragement/motivation from like-minded MFP friends!

I think yoga would be an excellent addition to your fitness plan. I just recently started yoga and I typically feel really good after a session. I can't hold or even do all the poses, but I gain a little bit of skill every time I practice. I'm lucky to have found a studio that has great intro classes for beginners. Not…

I had a lot of success with Weight Watchers ten years ago using their Winning Points program. I dropped 75 pounds, became a lifetime member and maintained that for three years. Then my life got very stressful and I gained back all of the weight and then some. Since that time I have re-joined five or seven times and have…

On weekdays I tend to pre-plan my day and log all meals/snacks after breakfast. I pack my lunch in the morning so I know what I'm having for that meal. There's usually a dinner meal plan for the week as well so I tend to know what I'll be having for dinner. I log my water as I go. I don't log my exercise until I actually…

I have a Fitbit Aria scale. It's very accurate and consistent. Plus it auto syncs with Fitbit and MFP so there's no hiding from a weigh-in. ;-) It's a little spendy, but worth it.

100+ pounds to lose here. I'm determined to make it (and maintain it) this time! Feel free to add me.

I recommend underestimating calories burned through exercise. Machine tallies are notoriously generous in calories burned estimates. For more accurate tracking you could try a heart rate monitor and record the calories burned from that device.
