I love riding. I did the Big Ring Century - 20 miles this morning. Biking is a great way to exercise.

As you know, muscle weighs more than fat. You may be building muscle. Don't be discouraged. Some weeks are just better than others. This is my first week using myfitnesspal, but I've done WW before. Some weeks I'd be so good, but the scale just didn't reflect all my hard wok.

I have been eating relatively healthy for a while... no sodas, no gluten (I'm in tolerant), not too many cabs, little sugar, etc, and I exercise, but I have not been losing weight. Today was my first day of logging my food. Geez....that explains it. Hidden sugars, hidden (or not hidden) fats. I think this will really help…
