To lose 14 lbs you're looking at losing 2-3 lbs a week if you wanna be healthy.

I was vegetarian for almost 13 years growing up..against my parents wishes. I had never had any meat cravings what so ever but one day coming home after a long workout I sat down and ate the first thing I saw, which was a shepherds pie. Tasted amazing! but took a long time for my body to adjust. 9 years later I tried being…

You won't have loose skin unless it's rapid weight loss. As long as you take it slow you're good.

MFP would not suggest 1200 to her, she would/ve had to click on the customize option that says it's not advised

Sounds like a fad/ dangerous diet. As for becoming a vegetarian start by adding a few meals a day pure vegetarian, if it feels sustainable do it!

If you're not a fan of the simplistic ways (berries, lemon, etc) try a Mio, Nestle, etc flavoring. Mio kind of reminds me of Gatorade or Powerade. Nestle kind of like juice, a little on the sweet side. Take a walk down the water or Juice section they're usually mixed into those section read the flavors for each and try a…

Not to sure about the MFP vs.TDEE But comparing MFP to the rest of the web I think this site is about lessening the calories to what they should be gradually. Also giving us the time to transition from our everyday normal to the healthy normal

You should eat lunch! even if its something small. Your body is hovering on starvation mode.

Sounds like you're on the right track. Carbs are fun! and as much as I love my veggies carbs fill me up longer. What's your sugar intake like? if you're at a plateau phase maybe you need another body shocker( your first body was probably when you changed your portion size) like lower sugar-refined foods

Cheat day not so much. I feel guilty the days after and it makes me feel sick even thinking about it the next time. I think I only did it twice before(birthday and snow day) I changed it to one meal once in awhile. I usually have a treat on girls night... which is about 1-2 times a month. It's fun to indulge in something…

I usually walk but last month during a very cold week, i used a snow week as an excuse to stay inside when not at work. Plopped myself on the floor in front of the TV and during commercial did sit ups and jumping jacks. Still lost 3 pounds that week. Looks like I'm doing that again this week... it's snowing like crazy.

1. Log food and exercise everyday 2. Exercise 45-75 mins a day 6x a week 3. cut down on soda from 5x a week to 2x(i like my Vanilla vodka coke  ) 4. Interact more on myfitnesspal rather then using it as a calorie counter

I think it's possible but make sure the dress size is accurately a true 13. It's gonna be a b$@&! doing cardio and target training though. But 8 weeks should be doable and a lot more time then most people plan in advance.

I'm in for March! That's cool under an hour a day for a 24 hr workout month.

Awesome job!!!! but you look very defined now...it's quite possible you've lost weight and gained muscle mass. Just speculation if you doubt the number try a different scale, maybe just a friends before you toss the old one
