  • 1000 Calories, I wouldn't worry. Go for an extra walk for the next 3 days, do an extra work-out. Play a sport. you will burn those extra calories easily. Other than that, Ignore the overage and get back on track tomorrow. Don't let 1 day turn into 2. Move forward.

  • I do not follow the diet plans. When I was eating the recommended 1300-1700 calories I did not lose a pound. I upped my calories to 2000 and bam, started losing weight. Plateaued for about 3 weeks and upped calories to 2300 and I am steadily losing 1-2 pounds a week again. I found eating a 40,40,20 plan works out great.…

I completed 2 rounds of T25 Alpha/Beta and am on my 1st round of Gamma. I love the series. The speed workouts are by far my Favorites.
