Here is my question of the day. MY HR monitor said I was avg 145 HR. I took my own HR at my neck 4 times during the workout for 15 sec x 4. I got HR of 164, 182, 192, 172 for avg 177.5 SO I have an AVg 177.5 or My HR Monitor of 145 Avg both of those together and I had a 161.5 avg. What should I go with? My Own HR Avg…
