Re-evaluating my diet and choices. So much info out there it is overwhelming. I may have asked before but going to ask again. I have researched different Calorie calculators and depending on the sit I should be eating anywhere from 1500 - 2500 calories per day. the current calculator I found says I should be at 2326 per day. is this net calories total calories or what. Is that correct. I currently have my calories on MFP set at 2000.
My total calories for the past 30 days has been between 2000- 2794 Avg of 2300. Net calories have been avg of 1800 with a high of 2299 on 2 days in the past 30.
Stats i use to calculate Calories:
Ht 5'10 Weight 330 Moderate active Exercises 6 days per week. Age 35
Looking for any critiques.

Most calculators are going to give you numbers on the high side because of your weight. You can get away with a lower number because you don't need to eat to maintain your fat level. I think 2,000 would be a great goal for you.0
