  • I use my HRM for AVG HR during my exercise period and then plug that into a calorie by HR calculator to get my calories burned. I then eat those back. I have been steadily losing 1-2 pounds a week for several months now. i also snack when hungry (apple, celery, cucumber, popcorn, etc)

  • Same, I eat a 300 cal breakfast before working out. usually egg whites + a protein (chicken is my fav). After workout I make a protein shake (Gold Standard Whey Protein + greens (kale, spinach, etc) + 1 small banana + 1 tbs or less of Peanutbutter. It does the trick until my snack 2-3 hours later.

  • I have 2 bad knees, when I first started T25, my knees got very painfull. I modified all jumping to ensure low impact and it helped tremendously, Advil also helped a lot.   • I started round 2 and now round 3 from the begining. Not sure if that is the group, but I have an accountability group started and we have 3-4 active posters pluss me. It is really helpful. Go to groups and look for the Green accountability sign :) I post daily but not usualy on weekends.

  • +1 No matter what exercise you do if you don't eat right it is all for nothing. the little bites or tastes throughout the day really add up. My favorite is when someone burns 800 calories on a BB workout then go get a lunch from fast food which is usually way over the calories you burned.
