  • I have not used any BB meal plans. Not sure if that is good or bad but I Have lost 42 pounds on 2 rounds of T25. I eat a 2000 cal per day diet + eat back most of my excersize and I have consistently lost 1-2 pounds a week for the past 19 weeks.
