My experience with logging calories burned from my HRM proved to be disastrous. After 2 weeks of consuming the calories I thought I was burning according to my HRM (Polar) I began gaining weight. I returned to logging what MFP says I burned and went back to losing. Just saying. :smile:

Original Cheerios is lowest in sugar, which is great. I have a cup of Cheerios with 1/2 cup unsweetened Almond Milk. Total calories 115. At that rate, I can have two! Love Cheerios! :love:

Try mixing it with unsweetened vanilla almond milk instead of water. Delicious!

I'm watching the sodium for health reasons. High sodium intake is linked to many, many, many health issues. as I stated, I am 54 years old... I was simply stating how shocking the amount of sodium is hiding in a small packet of salad dressing. lol

I'm 54. As you age, sodium does become an issue with health. I'm just working at watching it. Thanks for the potassium tip though, I will definitely keep it in check. :heart:

I do this too. Also, lemons will keep just sitting pretty on a counter for a week. I loathe bottled lemon juice. I don't think it is good at all.

Could be they were overcooked. I cook my chicken breasts for 5 minutes. NO LONGER! Place on platter, cover tightly with foil and let set for another five minutes. They always come out juicy and delicious. :drinker:
