I have noticed my periods got lighter since I started too. But yes, I have also noticed the weight fluctuation is normal. Don't worry. I think most women go through this :D Keep at it!

Undergarments. If those are comfortable, then everything else can wait. LOL I think I would go for jeans though after that. I can't wait to buy new jeans. They are my fave piece of clothing!

It is probably water weight! Your body would hang on to the water to flush out all the sugar in the alcohol. It is frustrating. I had it happen once too. Now, I only weigh myself once a week. No matter what! It frustrates me too much to see daily lol

I am big on breakfast! But I don't likie plain egg whites, so I use the egg creations ( or similar liquid egg). I make egg mcmuffins out of it. An english muffin, some cheese. OH YEAH! I had 2 c-sections in 17 months. It is hard! I can't feel the skin on my stomach still even. Don't get discouraged though. I am starting to lose and have found that DVDs that focus on abs and yoga have helped a lot!!!

There is something mentally wrong when you set a goal like that for yourself!!!! I agree with the previous poster, her kids need a healthier environment! What does that teach them? What does she hope to get out of this? Other then MAJOR health problems?

I know exactly how you feel! I missed 3 days of exercise because we were away, and I felt like I was going to crawl out of my skin!!!!! I never thought I's enjoy exercising so much. I think it is the natural high you get. My husband goes to the gym days a week and I never "got it". I HATE GYMS! But now I catch myself…

I have 3 very little ones. I like the dance DVDs, so do the kids lol, as well as the Wii programs. Any DVD that has a 20 minute workout selection of the 10 minute multiples are great for time saving, and can be very intense, but good for beginners.

Do you watch your salt? A friend of mine had problems losing weight and when she lowered her salt intake, it came off. She drank lots of water and was holding a lot of it because of the salt. You'd be surprised how much salt is in things you don't think about. Just a thought. Good luck and keep up the great work!!!

The cookbook Deceptively Delicious is pretty good too. It helps you hide vegetables in your recipes. I have found a great number of them a bit high in fat and salt, but you can tweak the recipes to make them healthier still. I don't cook with salt and change up some of the oils used. Don't fret! You are SO not alone lol. I have found that the type of calories I am eating make a huge difference. Sweet potato (yams) for example have less calories, but are filling like a starch, so you can eat more of them.
