  • You have to look for very intense 10 minute workout DVDs to make sure you get that heart rate up! There are some out there that do not do the trick! I have found the dance ones great!

  • I feel your frustration! I have 3 under 6 years old. It is hard finding time to exercise without them under foot. I have found 10 minute workout dvds effective! Because each workout is only 10 minutes and higher intensity, you can do a few throughout the day. I have a dance one that rocks! Just a thought :)
  • I have a Magic Bullet juicer and it is amazing! I get juice from everything I put in ti and it is really easy to clean :)

  • Cheese is my dairy weakness!! I can't go a day without it. I buy the light old cheddar, otherwise my calories take a hit daily! I tried going off dairy once....lost my mind! Needed my cheese. Even in a salad, it adds that something extra!
  • I am a huge tea drinker. I have SO many kinds in my cupboard, but I find the one that gives me a great boost (especially before my workout) is oolong tea. I love my green tea too, but I feel so energized from Oolong. You should give it a go :)

  • While I agree that 2lbs a week is the general safe zone, I once lost 18lbs in a month doing an intense cleanse. Followed the diet and took the supplements strictly. However, I was also obese! If you are not needing to lose a large amount of weight, the 13lbs could cause medical complications, like gal stones.
