So I feel it's time to get serious about loosing this weight,, my son is 4 months old, he's getting Bgger and I'm not getting Smaller! Well yesterday I joined the website looking for support and using the tools on here to get to the weight I would like. Before I was prego I was in pretty good shape bartending/waitressing 5 days a week also, also at the gym eveyday for at least an hour. Now it's hard to make that happen so I've started a pilates morning workout for about a half hr. and re-directing my diet to a healthy one. Hope this goes well and is anybody else in my shoes?

It's funny you said that because I was thing about going on you. tube for workouts, now I'm def. going to check it out!

And Zml_Mom u got it under controll over their! Go Gurl!
  • I feel your frustration! I have 3 under 6 years old. It is hard finding time to exercise without them under foot. I have found 10 minute workout dvds effective! Because each workout is only 10 minutes and higher intensity, you can do a few throughout the day. I have a dance one that rocks! Just a thought :)
