Oooooo, depends on how much you are drinking. It erodes the enamel on your teeth.

I lovvvve rollerblading, but have issues stopping when doing any speed, lol. I find that I don't get a great cardio workout from it, but I build great muscle in my legs - calves especially. I imagine that you'd burn alot of calories, Angela. I find that I am good and sweaty at 45-60min on fairly flat and paved ground- but…

I love this..." started with 5 minutes a day on the treadmill. Now I'm riding 100-200 miles a week on my bike." How wonderful!! Being an all or nothing type person, I generally would want to start at 100 miles/wk and then crash and burn. Its a messy process. To start out with 5min every day is doable and inspiring. Thank…

HI Harry; I know what you mean by extremes, lol. I get upset when my body fails to cooperate, esp through injury, but I've learned over time though that injury sets me back BIG TIME... and that is infinitely more frustrating. Having patience and self love is something that is taking me time to learn and apply. Probably…

I binge every Friday - a treat day for me that sometimes runs into Saturday. I don't mind so much because the rest of the week is pretty tight and full of nutrient. AND.... it feels good to be badddd sometimes. I think that the scale will still be kind to you if you talk to it nicely.

You look great! Inspiring the rest of us. Congratulations on your successes!!

When life gets in the way and stresses pile up, I substitute gym stuff with walking the dog and airing out my brain. Keep logging your foods and writing your exercise as this is where you get your support and celebrations. I live to hear.... "Good Job." Maybe that will help you too. Thinking of you!

I like to be with "all of you" who are on the same journey. This forum is wonderful and invigorating. Here I am safe and feel alive and well supported. Keep your…

Hi Lianna, welcome! I like the idea of having one Sin day/wk. I have trouble with conforming to any regime but am inspired by the things that other people try. Having a few friends means seeing a few different regimes and allows more choices. Best of luck with your journey. What is the first thing you want to try.... your…

Hi All: Was weight training for a year successfully, then work got in the way and all came to a crashing halt. I WILL go back to the gym if you do. :-D My eating habits.... only so-so. I recently bought a whole foods blender and am beginning to juice whole veggies. Looking to loose weight through meat, veggies, (some…
