  • ME too. I feel bad when I am watching my carbs. and tend to chose foods just based on their carb content, instead of nutritional value. BUT i feel like when I eat a low carb diet I tend to lose weight faster. Talk about FRUSTRATED!

  • I don't take any anymore. Shakeology EVERYDAY! It has more than I need and cured acid reflux. :) :happy: Nutrients, and superfoods and it's like 5 trips to the salad bar. Sooo yummy too!

  • Put the signs. Even if it only works for a while, at least it will work for a while... :) Require yourself to do 10 push - ups, 30 crunches and hold squat for 30 seconds before you allow yourself to snack.... Let me know how it goes. :)
