Thank you! I have been hyper-focusing on tracking no matter if bad. Don't think that I've missed any days of tracking so far this month... maybe 1. My other goal has been to report in every day to UAC even if bad day... I am hoping to put together a plan this weekend and start exercising this weekend...

May 4 Looking at the steps. I am at the 2-3 stage & have been there for a while. Good at tracking.
