I just bought the burn walk 30 day walk off kit. I know she has a 30 day plan that shows which one to use when, but it doesn't really address what should be done if total beginner? Any help with this is appreciated. Linda

what is your exercise/cardio routine those that can't walk/r
Have lower leg injury & cannot go for a walk, not run, etc. I only have small, light weight hand-weights. No gym. No access to a pool. Anyone else in similar situation? If so, what do you do? thanks (I've been depressed due to not being able to run/walk -- as I was just starting back & really loving it).... L.
