So your saying that a dry refeed will have absolutely no benefit as far as raising leptin and increasing metabolism, and will only just cause me to shed water weight?
-
I heard that it makes you lose water the day after and i think i am holding alot of water because for some reason. I havent lost any weight from my last refeed which was structured exactly as my first example in my question and i got all bloated in the face, stomach, legs and arms, and even though this whole week ive been…

So doing lets say, hiit or weight lifting, but then eating back those calories will eventually speed up my metabolism so i vurn as much without the exercise?

Im saying that my arms look too small on my body. Like a body builder who never did leg day. Im wondering how i can make my arms suit my body.

So i am currently eating 1600cals trying to work up to 1950 without gaining weight n my refeed woudl be aroung maybe 2100 cals with plenty carbs
-
No this was helpful because from what i understand you managed to just jump from deficit to maintenance without much weight gain which i thought was almost impossible to do without exercise.
-
So boosting leptin sensitivity can let someone eat maybe 100-200 calories over maintenance and they'll just burn it off?
-
So are you saying that you increased your tdee, by reverse dieting? So i think my maintenance is or should be 1900 according to calculators, so if i add 100 cals per week from 1600 which i am currently on, to lets say 2200 cals, then could i actually eat the 2100 cals everyday without gaining much weight and being…

Alright so although ive been eating 2000 cals everyday and i have been gaining on that, as of dec 28th i went back to 1500 cals and lost almost 10lbs on sunday morning so i guess ive been gaining water and not fat. So im just going to bump it up 100 cals every weekend until i get back to maintenance. Hopefully this works…

Im actually at a pretty healthy weight right now, maybe even considered slim, I wouldn't mind gaining another 5lbs as long as it means I can get my metabolism back on track.
-
Also if im eating around 2000 cals a day and gaining on that, should I just go back to my diet calories of 1400cals and bump it up 100 cals per week if I do the reverse diet?
-
Only sometimes, for example I gained 7 lbs yesterday and lost almost nothing this morning, also my morning weight has been increasing over the course of the month and im even trying to eat better and im eating a bit less because when I first stopped the diet at the beginning of December, I was kind of binging maybe 300…
-
Even though its been a month since I abandoned all dieting life styles and ate at maintenance im still gaining weight. Like by around noon I gain 5lbs which slowly tapers off and I lose it by the next morning, sometimes a little, sometimes all of it.

So it would'nt burn anymore fat than if i eat 1548 calories in 4 hours and fasted for 20hrs a day with fasted exercise?
-
Because intermittent fasting works better for me since after about 14 hours of not eating u burn pure fat and i notice that since i staertd I.F. that i woke up leaner every morning
