there aren't that many good tasting "ready-made" coconut waters. the stuff you get in cans sucks compared to the real thing. i've only found a few can brands that are good but can never find it in "bulk".

la la la love coconut water. you have to get "baby coconuts" from asian or health food stores. they are easy to cut (basically cut the top off and then drill a hole in the "soft spot" with like a scissor..and then turn upside down to get the water out. you can strain it too cause sometimes it will have stuff in it. but you…

feel free to add me as well! I'm a new mommy, to a now 6 month old, and its getting harder to lose weight! I must have gained like 55 pounds during pregnancy, but I was at my all time high weight so I'm looking to lose another 20 on top. After delivery and not watching what I was eating, I had lost about 15 pounds. Since…

Agree with all the others above. EATING OUT COSTS MONEY haha, and eating at home can save big bucks. In terms of produce, it can add up though, so I like to visit local produce markets (asian supermarket, indian market, etc) over chain places, because I can buy a butt load of groceries and it comes to like 20-30 bucks.…

@putaskipinmys - No worries, me too! I didn't start TRYING to lose weight until my baby was 3ish months old. I didn't have time and was too stressed to think about it! Definitely way more work than what i thought. i started by walking with the baby whenever she let me out of the house. 10 minutes, anything! I found that…

I made sure not to eat too much throughout the day, saving up for dinner. I ate the breast part of the turkey (it was deep fried, =O). Had roasted veggies and other healthy veggie sides, a tiny bite of pie, and that's it. I really felt the weight in my tummy the next morning though since it was heavier than my normal…

Wow that's great! I'm about 7 or 8 away from my weight at my first OB appointment at 8 weeks, but I'm sure I had gained 5 before I even got to the doctor's (I know, I don't know how with all the throwing up). So like 12 away from pre-pregnancy, but got pregnant at my all time high weight! Bad idea.
