  • 240 grams of protein is A LOT. You only .8 grams per pound of LEAN body mass not how much you actually weigh. Your' carbs are also way too low. Use the "recommended" calculator and just adjust the protein yourself. And please note POINT 8 grams not 8 grams. The macros your currently trying to fit your diet into are off.
