Well done! :) I agree with the posters who said that people probably noticed and haven't said anything. I never know whether to say something, as I can't seem to take comments on my weight loss well. I mean, outwardly I take them well, but inwardly I just feel humiliated that I went out in public looking bigger. When…

I'm 5'1 and I *think* I'm around 120 pounds (my scales have run out of batteries). I would definitely like to get closer to 100 pounds. Add me if you'd like.

I'm 5'1 and would like some more friends on here to keep me accountable. I lost some weight using MFP last year but it's been creeping back on this year.

Bump!

Haven't read all these posts, but am in a similar boat to you. I do eat seafood, and will occassionally eat chicken (for example if I'm at someone's place for dinner). I'm not going as extreme as Atkins, but have upped my protein intake and vastly reduced my carb intake and am feeling a lot better for it.

I'm getting married November 2014! I'd like some other bride-to-be friends too! I'd already been on MFP for a few weeks when I got engaged and had lost a few kgs, I've now lost a couple more and want to slowly lose another 3-5kgs (6-11 pounds) before the wedding. I'm 5'1 and currently 53.6 kg (118 pounds)

I'm a bride to be! Engaged for 4 days! Have been on MFP for a few weeks already, but now have even more motivation. Would love some others in the same situation to add me. I'd like to lose around another 5kgs/10 pounds (I'm petite). Also have lots of toning to do.

Such wit. I'm in New Zealand, so no help to me.

I have the same problem! I'm only having artificial sweetener once a day, in my protein shake. I've never been a fizzy drinker luckily

Thank you! :)

Me! That is my goal.

Hi, I'm not eating sugar at the moment. I make all my meals from scratch, and most savoury meals you make are sugar free. You can just scan recipe first to check. You just need to be more careful when buying ready made meals- as many of these have lots of sugar. Avoid stirfry sauces. In fact, avoid most sauces! But apart…

Welcome! I don't have as much to lose, but am 25 and new to this as well. Add me if you'd like

Go cold turkey! You can do it. Hard but worth it. I snack heaps. Celery and cottage cheese, almonds... Here's a yummy sugar free dinner Fiery Fish Tacos with Crunchy Corn Salsa 1 cup corn • 1/2 cup diced red onion • 1 cup peeled, chopped jicama/swede • 1/2 cup diced red bell pepper • 1 cup fresh cilantro leaves, finely…

Also from NZ, and also short. I'm 25. I'll add you, and other vertically challenged girls feel free to add me too :)

Hi I can put my stats on here later (I'm at work at the moment and would have to convert from metric) I think I'm around 5,2- definitely a shorty! And it's definitely harder when you're small and portion sizes are aimed at people of average height. I'd love some friends on here of a similar height, so feel free to add me…

I wouldn't worry about it. I've read the book Sweet Poison- about quitting sugar- and the author tells you not to worry about the naturally occurring sugars in dairy.

How do I change my macros?

Hi I'm 5,3 and 25. From NZ not UK but feel free to add me- I'd love a group of people to keep me motivated.

I'm 25 and from New Zealand. Motivated by a trip to Thailand in November! Good to connect with other people of the same age.

No real help from me sorry- but I think excess protein is okay. I'm in the same boat- a vegetarian- and often exceeding the protein goal, but always under my kj goal.
