Take your measurements and check those every week. Sometimes I find that when I don't lose for a week I usually end up losing a few inches.

I have 3 weeks to go and am thinking about Les Mills Pump. Loved Body Revolution and want to do it again but maybe not for a few months.

KintraT4 I just finished W5D3 today too! I agree with you about feeling like I won't be able to do the actual 5K but 5 weeks ago I wouldn't have thought I could run for 20 minutes without stopping. Sending you a friend request so we can keep each other going.

I hate the cardio. I have been doing the couch to 5k 3 times a week and skipping the cardio. I didn't like it in Phase 1 and I still don't like it in Phase 2. My results are excellent. Have been losing pounds and inches!!

I love this idea. Just finished the 30 Day Shred Saturday and am starting the Body Revolution tomorrow. Have also been doing the Yoga Meltdown for a few days last week. Excited now to think about which DVD of her's to do after the Body Revolution.
