    Day 1: 267; 205 barn chores, 62 digging up a tree
    Day 2: 200; 20 barn chores, 120 riding, 55 strength training
    Day 3: 151; 96 barn chores, 55 slow jogging
    Day 4: 136; 20 barn chores, 77 riding, 39 walking dogs
    Day 5: 146; barn chores
    Day 6: worked 10 hours at barn
    Day 7: 302; 213 worked at barn, 37 C25K (trail sprints), 52 riding

    Not counting barn chores total is 497 min.

    Mon - 45 mins : Slim in 6 - BIU
    Tues - 45 mins BIU + 10 mins jogging
    Wed - 45 mins BIU
    Thurs - 45 mins BIU
    Fri - 45 mins BFBM + 60 mins walk
    Sat - 60 mins walk

    Total for this week - 355 minutes.

    Mon: 5 min jumping jacks, 50 crunches, 50 russian twists, Michele Rogers chest, tris, delts, Kendra Kemerly Step up & Dance=1.5
    Tue: 30 min weight training: Bis and back, 30 min kickboxing, 100 jumping jacks, 50 crunches, 50 Russian twists =1.10
    Wed:
    Thu:
    Fri: 100 jumping jacks, 50 crunches, 50 Russian twists, 2 hrs deep cleaning inc. scrubbing counters/cabinets/floors, whole house vacuum, 5 loads laundry with "active folding" =2.10
    Sat:20 min kickboxing/weights/cardio, 20 min briskly walking dog, 15 strength training, 100 jumping jacks, 50 crunches, 50 Russian twists =1.5
