    Mon: 150 (love picnic adventures at a park with trails, fishing, aquarium and zoo!!)
    Tue: 145 (swimming- freestyle, breaststroke, water jogging, treading water & climbing stairs)
    Wed: 198 (swimming-free,breaststroke, water jogging, treading water, climbing stairs & treadmill)
    Thur: 20 (climbing stairs)
    Fri: 20 (walking around airport)
    Sat:
    Sun:

    Total: 533/400

    Week # 1 -- September 2nd -- Goal 250 minutes:

    Mon: 60 m: 60 m cleaning/organizing house, moving stuff around
    Tue: 60 m: 60 m dancing (at a rock concert, fun!)
    Wed: 50 m: 35 m biking, 15 m stretch
    Thur: none
    Fri: 25 m: 15 m circuit training (kicked my butt!), 10 m stretch
    Sat: 40 m: 30 m walk, 10 m stretch
    Sun: Planning to go to yoga -- so hopefully 60 mins

    Total: 235/250, and hopefully 295/250 by tomorrow. Woohoo! :happy:

    Sun: could be a rest day but it seems like life finds enough rest days for me so I plan to keep exercising. Some of my days weren't really that tough anyway.

    I know my goal is to burn atleast 5000 cals for this week. I would like to atleast do around 550 mins this week, I guess (never thought about it.)

    Mon - 97 mins - Chest and Back/Ab Ripper X and Running
    Tues - 155 mins - competitive Volleyball

    Wed - Recovery Day
    Thursday - 37 minutes RUN and 35 mins of P90X shoulders and arms

    324 minutes so far 226 to go

    Tonight is Friday night Volleyball I will be playing non stop for about 140 minutes.
    Holy Moley! Everyones doing so good!

    Fri - 190 mins competitive Volleyball in gymnasium
    Sat -45 min Core synergistics & 41 min Running

    600 mins so far

    I've done a few of these with the OP. It is usually you set your goal. The main thing is to encourage each other to move. Great job last week. Here is to a great week ahead.
