    Mon: 60 minutes of Walking Tue: 60 minutes of Aquafit
    Wed: 90 minute walk
    Thur: finally had a rest day
    Fri: 60 minutes of weight training and a few cardio machines
    Sat: 60 minutes of Aquafit
    Sun: 30 minutes ( I packed and cleaned helping my son for 2.5 hours)

    Mon: 60 minutes of Walking Tue: 60 minutes of Aquafit
