I haven't exercise in two days, been busy remodeling my bedroom, still no excuse I need to do my workout it only 20 minutes and I feel better because I am doing what ever it take to lose the weight.

I started the week at 187, didn't lose or gain. But I have been trying to do 30 shed only on day 5for but have lose s 1/2 inch on my thighs and upper arm so I know will take that as a success. :happy:

I will join you I have been making to many excuses. I am going to try to do at least 45 minutes for 5 days this week.
