I will never give up the foods I love (chocolate, ice cream, fast food, sugary cereals, french fries, cheesesteaks, donuts, brownies, etc, etc, etc).

I'm 5'3" so basically the same height, and my goal is the same :) But I'd say that anywhere from 115-130 is thin for someone 5'1"-5'3"

I could definitely use the motivation, I haven't been very good about my health this past week. SW: 135 CW: fluctuates from 131-135 1st GW: 130 UGW: 120 [Super awesome maybe GW: 115] My goal for this month will be to regularly see 130 or lower on the scale :) EDIT: Weekly Weigh-In Chart 5/3: 135 5/10: 5/17: 5/24: 5/31:

Didn't pick it out, would have preferred a different car. However, my car is a 2001 Honda Accord coup in ugly tan with a douchey spoiler. Looks just like this, but this isn't actually my car: http://images.dealerrevs.com/gallery/photo.php?id=42151912

I'm 5'3" and 23, but our CW and GW are about the same :)

Congrats! I did two rounds and then lost interest, but I might eventually start it again. It really is the only exercise video series I've ever done faithfully, and I have to say, Shaun T isn't lying when he says it's cardio AND strength training. It really helped me build strength and get rid of body fat.

Man after my own heart! I love beer, but I can only drink two before I'm falling over! Once I've had my two, I switch to Shirley Temples!

I jumped into Insanity with no prior exercise routine and I did just fine. It was really hard, the first few times I made myself sick (drank too much water too quickly plus all the jumping and dropping to the floor), but it made me soooooo much stronger. I've never done the 30 day shred, but I would definitely recommend…

Thank you, that guy was very wrong and that woman didn't seem to understand why. Back to the original topic - I guilt myself about this ALL THE TIME. Whenever I see a woman who has what I consider a beautiful body, I try to find out her height and weight and I calculate her BMI to compare to my own. I am fully aware of the…

It isn't a large amount of weight for us, but five years ago when we met we were both 18 years old. I was about 125-130ish lbs (I'm 5'3"), he was probably in the 150's (he's about 6 ft tall). My weight has gone up to about 130-135ish lbs due to birth control and probably just slowing metabolism. His weight has kind of…

just a bit too old for me... At 23, I'm about half your age >.<

Inigo Montoya is an iconic character from the cult classic film Princess Bride. It's pretty awesome, considering it was made in the 80's and it was one of my favorite movies growing up (I was born in '91).

my response is simply to refer you to this comment: I agree that he's overrated, but he did a decent job in Lone Survivor. EDIT: formatting

I love guacamole and I like bacon. I love everything else on the list - except Clint Eastwood movies. In my opinion, Clint Eastwood about as overrated as a celebrity can be. Beer, though - I'm always down for beer.

Can't describe the mounting method (my dad did it), but he just put in a hook so we could take the bag down in between workouts (saves space but also decreases the stress on the mount).

sure!

You look amazing! If you don't mind, can you give height and current/starting weight?

definitely hot!

First time I did the program, I didn't follow any sort of meal plan or calorie restriction. I lost nothing, but I'm sure I built some muscle under the fat. Second time I did the program I started on mfp at 1200 net cals per day (I was going from 130 to 110 pounds) and I lost almost all the weight I was trying to lose…

This is perfect. Trying to beat your own times/goals is a great way to stay motivated. However, it can potentially become unhealthy when you compete with others. I know I have this problem - if I see a girl at the gym who is thinner than me, I get angry at myself and it basically ruins any exercise high I might have…

This is pretty much the best answer I could think of as well - indulge the chocolate/sweet/whatever cravings, but only in small amounts. That way you can still fit them into your TOM days and you don't end up obsessing about them until you binge.

Hello, metabolism? I want to be on the all-bagel-all-day diet, please. Plus some chocolate bunny for dessert.

I'd totally make out with your butt ;) jk jk no really it's a joke >.>

Man, I used to be in that area and I totally would have been down for it! I'm in Glenside now :/
