Hi, I am the same way, I have 12lbs left to go and it has been 3 months since I have seen any movement on the scale or the measuring tape. The internet says to do HIT or try high cal days, then low cal days... Hope that helps!

Hi I recently started running and I can assure you that I burn at least double the amount of calories. I used to walk with wrist weights on but jogging burns more faster

hi! Well Jillian Michaels says that cardio is just a bonus! if you were to be working out with weights superhard, it might be too much, but cardio should be all good. When I am doing my best, I walk once a day, run once a day and do strength training once a day.

Hi, I am in Vulcan Alberta, I LOVE to run and the Shred video by Jillian is amazing, only 20 mins/day but it kicks your butt! I also have 2 dvds from Biggest Loser, which I will use this winter, good luck!
